A $1000 non-refundable booking fee and a signed contract secures your date; remaining balance is due 120 days before the event.
We require a $500 damage deposit (due with final payment) and Event Insurance in the amount of $1mil (submitted at least 14 days prior to event).

*Any Sunday that proceeds a Holiday will be charged as a Saturday.

Grand total of 18 hours of exclusive access to the venue and grounds: 1.5-hour photo session, 90-minute final walk-thru, 1-hour rehearsal, 2 additional hours for getting ready/decorating, and 12-hours of event.
